Mechanical Process Technician (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: East Syracuse, New York, United States; onsite at 6457 Fly Road

Salary: $41,940–$66,292 per year, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium for eligible alternative shifts.

What you will do

• Assure manufacturing processes run according to procedures and conduct engineering tests.
• Monitor process performance, perform failure analysis, and collect measurement data for engineering and quality teams.
• Perform process control activities, including product measurements and production-line testing.
• Respond to process control chart data and maintain material movement spreadsheets and reports.
• Update manufacturing documentation and prepare reports for engineering and quality.
• Support process engineers in evaluating data and improving manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, or near completion, in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mathematics skills, especially statistics.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as required for the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with PC applications.
• Must comply with US export control, ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
