Process Technician

Location: Franklin, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, full-time work with rotating shifts and overtime

Salary: $22.49 per hour

What you will do

• Operate production equipment safely across a variety of manufacturing activities.
• Inspect, package, handle, warehouse, and ship products and materials.
• Repair equipment and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Meet production schedules and support spare-parts and operating-supply inventory.
• Recommend improvements related to safety, quality, operations, and maintenance.
• Work in other areas of the Sandy Creek shop as required by skill level.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime required.
• Ability to make decisions in a team-oriented production environment.
• Selected applicants must pass a basic skills assessment.

Nice to have

• Industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
