Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Clearwater, Florida, United States; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes by testing solutions, solving problems, and implementing improvements.
• Analyze key process measures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead plans, actions, and measurements supporting operational goals and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental strategies while supporting regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and review production equipment proposals.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least three years of experience in an engineering support position.
• Practical understanding of engineering principles, standards, methods, and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong technical communication, technical writing, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within standard operating procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
