ASIA Filling, Packout & Assy Senior Engineer (3PM)

Location: Yangmei, Taoyuan City, Taiwan; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Provide technical support to third-party manufacturers to maintain product and process quality, service, cost performance, and business continuity.
• Lead supplier engagement through new product introduction phases, low-risk change management processes, and supplier onboarding assessments.
• Execute supplier EHS and process audits, ensure compliance with GFS requirements and corporate audit guidelines, and improve supplier performance.
• Manage packaging standards, product specifications, BOM data, SKU creation inputs, fixed assets, and material waste disposal.
• Troubleshoot supplier plant transactions in SAP ECC, EWM, SNC, and FIORI; train subcontractor contacts and collaborate with IT Support on fixes.
• Drive capital projects, yield and waste reduction, lead-time reduction, cost improvement, customer complaint reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in third-party manufacturing operations and daily processes.
• Project management and communication skills for coordinating intercompany requirements with global and local teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of vendor management, financial and statistical analysis, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement.
• Education or technologist background, with education considered alongside years of experience.
• Commitment to environmental health and safety policies, hazard identification, business conduct, and continuous improvement.
