What you will do
- Implement electrical safe work practices and standards in line with global practices.
- Design and deliver training and qualification programs for plant operations and maintenance personnel working with electrical equipment.
- Provide technical support for safe and reliable electrical equipment operation, including failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- Execute technical changes and modifications to electrical equipment and systems while maintaining process operations.
- Provide plant management with drawings, manuals, and documentation for electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting.
- Manage projects and initiatives directed by regional management in collaboration with operations leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage control centers, and similar electrical equipment.
- Ability to analyze equipment operation, troubleshoot failures, and improve operational reliability.
- Ability to develop and execute technical training and qualification programs.
- Ability to prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings and manuals.
- Ability to manage and safely implement electrical projects and technical modifications.
