What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and line managers to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
• Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, TUPE processes, and workforce planning.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, development, and recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment legislation and are applied consistently across the group.
• Analyse HR data and metrics, improve the employee experience, and strengthen company culture.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• At least five years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting managers in a multi-site or complex organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience working within a group or multi-company structure.
