What you will do

• Shape and deliver the people agenda across UK operations as a key member of the UK Leadership Team.
• Drive organizational performance and strengthen company culture during a phase of growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with the Global HR Team across Canada, USA, and UK to ensure international integration and alignment.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide strategic advice to senior leaders.
• Implement performance and development frameworks to enable teams to thrive.
• Develop HR policies and lead recruitment and retention strategies using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Extensive HRBP experience in complex, technical, or multi-site environments, ideally within defense, engineering, or manufacturing.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent; Chartered MCIPD or coaching qualifications (ILM, EMCC, ICF) are an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and proven experience managing complex employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and shape corporate culture.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS or SC security clearance.
• Must be based in the UK and comfortable with occasional travel between various sites.

• Chartered CIPD (MCIPD/Chartered MCIPD) status.
• Professional coaching qualifications (ILM, EMCC, ICF).
