Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Onsite in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States; daily attendance required, with 10–15% travel to the Kewanee, Illinois facility.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles.
• Guide leaders and employees through organizational change initiatives.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
• Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while coordinating solutions with HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or related work.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR practices, theory, and legal requirements.
• Consulting, collaboration, planning, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business circumstances and work in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to report onsite to the Oshkosh facility daily and travel 10–15% to Kewanee, Illinois.
