What you will do

• Partner with UK commercial leaders on team effectiveness, people development, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and confident leadership.
• Use people data and insights to inform business decisions and identify future capability needs.
• Shape talent, leadership development, succession, performance, compensation, and engagement initiatives with the global People team and Centres of Excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention foundations for commercial talent.
• Handle employee relations cases involving performance, absence, disciplinaries, and grievances, applying fair and practical outcomes in line with UK employment law.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced, customer-facing commercial organisation.
• Capability in people development, performance management, workforce planning, talent strategy, and organisational effectiveness.
• Strong coaching, judgement, empathy, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes.
• Ability to work with Finance, Sales Operations, Reward, and global People teams on structures, incentives, and headcount planning.
