TL;DR
HR Business Partner - Northern and Eastern Europe (HR Operations and People Strategy): Driving regional HR initiatives and people-strategy implementation across Northern and Eastern Europe with an accent on employee relations, local employment compliance, and manager partnership. Focus on navigating Eastern European labour regulations, leading talent and performance programs, supporting organizational change, and using HR analytics to inform decisions.

Location: Prague, Warsaw, or Luton; regular travel across Northern and Eastern Europe and EMEA is required, with occasional travel outside EMEA.

What you will do

  • Lead and implement the regional HR agenda across Northern and Eastern Europe, with a focus on Eastern European sales and local offices.
  • Support the design and execution of the regional people strategy in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, HR policies, labour regulations, work environment, compensation and benefits, privacy, and safety.
  • Partner with finance and HR colleagues on employment administration, contracts, recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes.
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, performance management, and employment-branding initiatives.
  • Support organizational change and provide HR data analysis and reporting for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong HR experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles within multinational organizations.
  • Experience in Eastern European markets and strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language spoken in the Eastern European region are required.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM.
