What you will do

• Administer, optimize, and govern Workday LMS, performance management, talent management, and related learning technologies.
• Lead feature and system release management, including impact assessments, testing, deployment readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage support intake, prioritization, service-level agreements, escalations, and process automation opportunities.
• Define LMS taxonomy, metadata, content structures, governance standards, and reporting practices.
• Manage integrations, platform modernization, and AI-enabled learning technology initiatives.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, evaluation frameworks, and insights covering program effectiveness, capability growth, behavior change, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms.
• Experience administering and improving enterprise LMS and performance management systems; Workday LMS experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting LMS and Workday releases, including testing, configuration, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience designing learning evaluation strategies, measurement frameworks, assessment instruments, surveys, analytics, and data collection methods.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, including Power BI or similar tools, Excel, data visualization, and executive-ready storytelling.
