HR Generalist

Salary: $94,700–$124,900 gross annual base pay, plus incentive eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise leaders and employees on complex employee relations matters and support consistent issue resolution.
• Conduct workplace investigations, including intake, fact-finding, documentation, credibility assessment, findings, and recommended actions.
• Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and follow-through.
• Interpret HR policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage employee leave processes, including disability, FMLA, military, parental, personal, and state or local leaves.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders while improving HR processes, documentation, and manager tools.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including leave administration.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Technical knowledge of Workday or a similar HR system, with the ability to interpret HR data analytically.
