Talent Acquisition Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH — Arena District

Salary: $69,900–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze recruiting performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring trends
• Develop executive presentations, data-driven summaries, and actionable recommendations for recruiting strategy and business decisions
• Establish KPI definitions, reporting standards, process documentation, standard operating procedures, reporting guides, and training materials
• Design, test, validate, and maintain reports using Workday, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and related tools
• Support Workday Recruiting and Paradox administration, system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, audits, compliance reporting, vendor reporting, and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, Reporting, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or business insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Workday Reporting, Paradox, Power BI, or similar Talent Acquisition technology platforms
• Experience creating executive reporting packages and serving as a functional administrator or business lead for Talent Acquisition platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
