IT Business Relationship Partner

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $139,000–$177,400 per annum, plus potential incentive or variable compensation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Act as the operational IT point of contact and business partner for functional, regional, executive, factory, and manufacturing-site leaders.
• Translate business strategies, needs, requirements, and challenges into IT services, system functionality, roadmaps, programs, and projects.
• Manage escalations end to end, coordinating IT functions and service providers while keeping business and executive stakeholders informed.
• Manage service portfolios, service-level agreements, performance reporting, satisfaction follow-up, and improvement actions.
• Drive investment proposals, business cases, program steering, milestone decisions, dependencies, and delivery alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure executive-critical services, high-visibility events, board sessions, and factory shop-floor IT services meet operational and production requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT and services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex relationships.
• Experience managing IT-business relationships, service providers, escalations, roadmaps, investments, and project delivery.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in the United States.
• NSA/CAPS approval may be required for access to a US customer network.
