Senior SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Functional Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; in-person attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: US base salary of $92,500–$131,700 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive execution of the integrated global Supply Chain technology roadmap.
• Lead business needs analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, user story definition, persona development, and acceptance-criteria creation.
• Analyze and model business processes, workflows, user flows, and data structures to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate technology solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and IT teams on design, development, testing, deployment, upgrades, and fixes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI capabilities in scalable supply chain and enterprise technology solutions.
• Support testing, validation, issue triage, user training, demonstrations, documentation, SAP clean core principles, analyst mentoring, and continuous improvement of business analysis standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in business-facing solution delivery or supply chain technology roles, including 5+ years supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of Supply Chain technology solutions.
• Expertise with SAP S/4HANA modules and the ability to use the system to support daily business operations.
• Strong understanding and functional execution of business processes, business process analysis, process design, and capability mapping.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall solution delivery methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams in a global environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working within global supply chain organizations.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading cross-functional project initiatives.
