Senior IT Supply Chain Functional Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: USA, Ewing, NJ; hybrid or remote work is available, with a preference for hybrid.

Salary: $92,500–$131,700 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Drive execution of the integrated global Supply Chain technology roadmap.
• Lead business needs analysis, requirements gathering, workshops, user story definition, and acceptance criteria development.
• Analyze current processes, workflows, user flows, and data structures to identify operational improvements.
• Evaluate, design, test, and deploy supply chain system enhancements, upgrades, and fixes while supporting SAP clean core principles.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI capabilities with data engineers and solution architects.
• Provide advanced functional support, issue triage, user training, documentation support, and mentoring for junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in business-facing solution delivery or supply chain technology roles.
• 5+ years of experience designing, delivering, and maintaining supply chain technology solutions.
• Expertise with SAP S/4HANA and strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, business process analysis, process design, and capability mapping.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in global supply chain organizations.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading cross-functional initiatives.
