Senior Business Operations Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)

Base pay range: $110,000–$150,000 per year, excluding benefits and potential equity.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional execution of Dispatch Intelligence initiatives across Customer, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Business Operations.
• Track priorities, milestones, dependencies, ownership, risks, and progress across complex workstreams.
• Establish project cadences and operating processes that improve alignment, accountability, and execution.
• Build scalable processes for onboarding flexible energy assets to the hirify.global platform.
• Monitor asset onboarding status, blockers, operational performance, and portfolio metrics.
• Analyze underperformance, identify root causes, and turn recurring patterns into improvements to products, algorithms, configurations, and operating processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similarly rigorous, analytical, stakeholder-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects end-to-end and deliver results on time.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across Customer, Product, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Data-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable distilling insights from analytics.
• Experience working in the renewable energy space.
