IT Procurement Senior Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas or Westminster, Colorado; hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel of up to 10%

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 USD annually, plus signing bonus and 20% bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Assess procurement processes across corporate and field operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and standardization opportunities.
• Design, document, and roll out standardized enterprise-wide procurement processes.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Procurement, and Operations to define future-state process and system requirements.
• Evaluate, recommend, and lead the selection and implementation of procurement technology, ERP modules, automation, and project controls applications.
• Develop business cases, project plans, implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting for transformation initiatives.
• Lead project execution, vendor and consultant coordination, change adoption, post-implementation improvement, and M&A system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations, business process improvement, or IT financial and procurement systems.
• 5+ years leading finance, procurement, technology, or process transformation projects.
• Experience redesigning processes across multiple stakeholder groups and managing executive-level communication.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ERP and procurement systems such as Remarcable, Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, work order, inventory management, automation, AI, KPI tracking, internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• MBA or another related advanced degree.
• Construction, engineering, or industrial services experience.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or another project management or process improvement certification.
• M&A due diligence and integration experience.
• Prosci/ADKAR change management experience and experience managing consultants or vendors.
