AI Business Analyst - HR Technology

Location: Austin, Texas, or Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across HR.
• Support the AiMEE chatbot, including functionality, relevance, user satisfaction, and global pilot deployments.
• Act as a liaison between HR, GIS, data science, analytics, and external vendors to deliver HR technology solutions.
• Develop and validate HR analytics models using Workday data.
• Monitor Workday releases and AI trends to recommend enhancements.
• Support planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of HR domains such as Core HR, Total Rewards, and Talent.
• Deep expertise in Workday capabilities, including the Business Process Framework and reporting.
• Understanding of AI applications in HR, including chatbots, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI use cases.
• Experience analyzing end-to-end HR processes and identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and communicate clearly.
