AI Business Analyst - HR Technology (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $106,000–$146,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to identify and prioritize AI use cases across HR.
• Evaluate AI capabilities in the existing technology stack and recommend improvements to employee experience and HR process optimization.
• Support the AiMEE chatbot, including functionality, relevance, user satisfaction, and deployment across countries.
• Lead pilot deployments, gather feedback, and refine solutions for global scalability.
• Act as a liaison between HR, GIS, data science, analytics, and external vendors to deliver feasible technology solutions.
• Support Workday-based HR analytics models, release monitoring, project planning, testing, and deployment of AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of HR domains such as Core HR, Total Rewards, and Talent.
• Deep expertise in Workday capabilities, including the Business Process Framework and reporting.
• Understanding of AI applications in HR, including chatbots, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI use cases.
• Experience analyzing end-to-end HR processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, and resolve complex HR technology challenges.
