ERP Business Process Analyst - Customer Experience (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Compensation range: $89,300–$165,800 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements with modern solution capabilities.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, and user stories.
• Develop scalable customer-facing Quote-to-Cash processes covering pricing, quotations, order capture, order orchestration, and customer service.
• Support ERP configuration, integration design, testing, and deployment readiness in a cloud ERP environment.
• Translate information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Facilitate functional sub-teams using Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting ERP and connected digital platforms in customer-facing areas.
• Expertise in pricing and quotations, order management, customer service or customer program management, and related integrations.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements definition, change management, and cross-functional project execution.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Anoka, Minnesota, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with integrated supply chain process design, system capabilities, testing, and deployment.
