IT Business Relationship Manager

Location: Hybrid in Knoxville, TN; Edgewater, FL; Ft. Wayne, IN; or New York Mills, MN. Minimal travel required.

Salary: $86,500–$126,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary IT contact for business partners.
• Manage demand, system portfolios, capability requests, escalations, and actionable IT roadmaps.
• Align business and IT strategies and translate business priorities into IT projects.
• Lead project activities from ideation through implementation and coordinate with project managers.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure project benefits are quantified and realized while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of IT solutions experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years collaborating with IT solution design and development teams.
• 3+ years working in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with operations software applications, quality and engineering applications, business process design, business analysis, requirements definition, and change management.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of EQMS, QAD, TeamCenter, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics 365.
• BRMP, PMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL certification.
• Experience across multiple industries, markets, or functional areas.
• MBA degree.
