Senior Application Engineer, BU Mounts (Automotive)

What you will do

• Acquire target projects in cooperation with Sales.
• Manage complex global projects throughout their full lifecycle while ensuring profitability.
• Own project results across quality, cost, and timing.
• Act as a key technical contact for customer functions and translate customer needs into product solutions.
• Coordinate communication within project teams and conduct internal and external project reviews.
• Provide regular management summaries to Top Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
• Experience in project management and application engineering.
• Strong technical background and close collaboration with product and process development.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate customer needs into suitable product solutions.
• Strong communication skills for working with management and technical experts.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with international colleagues.
