What you will do

• Lead technical and economical assessments of existing operations to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Champion process safety through PHA, HAZOP, and LOPA, developing risk-mitigating engineering solutions.
• Manage the scale-up of chemical processes from laboratory to pilot plant and commercial scale.
• Generate Conceptual Design Packages including BFDs, mass-energy balances, and equipment lists.
• Execute technology transfers from TC to manufacturing sites via Technology Transfer Packages (TTPs).
• Provide technical troubleshooting and oversight for process improvements at owned or toller sites.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of industrial experience in agro, pharma, or specialty chemicals with manufacturing/scale-up focus.
• In-depth knowledge of unit operations and general chemical engineering principles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English for communication with global internal and external partners.
• Expertise in process safety management and thermal hazards evaluation.
• Ability to travel domestically (up to 30%) and internationally (up to 10%).
