Technical Service Specialist (Automotive)

Company

hirify.global's PU Automotive business develops adhesive products and provides technical services for automotive customers.

What you will do

• Provide technical service and on-site support to automotive and flexible customers.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve production problems.
• Develop marketable and robust adhesive formulations with the sales team.
• Optimize and modify existing products according to customer requirements.
• Conduct systematic laboratory, product, and machine performance evaluations.
• Design technical evaluation programs and implement product trial plans.

Requirements

• Master's degree in organic chemistry, polymer science, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 6 years of chemical-related experience and 4 years of PU experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical or polymer synthesis and basic chemical synthesis technology.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required.
• Strong communication, analytical, creative-thinking, computer application, independent-working, and teamwork skills.
