Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Washington, DC; in-office 4 days per week

Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually, plus benefits and potential annual discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects from scoping through launch and post-launch review.
• Develop roadmaps, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing assumptions, and success metrics.
• Identify risks and blockers early, align stakeholders, and drive resolution through clear recommendations.
• Establish execution cadences, decision logs, status reporting, and AI-assisted reporting automation.
• Translate complex technical work into decision-ready updates for executives, senior clients, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across engineering, product, operations, vendors, and integration partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience, including 4+ years in Technical Project Management within a software or technology environment.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Background with cloud platforms, data and analytics, security or identity, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with third-party vendors, executive-level reporting, PMO functions, Jira, and Confluence.
• Required exposure to enterprise AI platforms and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Power Automate.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or a similar project or program management certification.
• Financial services experience.
