Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: New York Office, 30 Rockefeller Plaza; hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: USD 105,000–130,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Coordinate technical projects involving web applications, API integrations, and digital platform implementations.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain sprint plans and user stories, and track Agile metrics.
• Coordinate development teams, product owners, editorial teams, and other stakeholders.
• Review technical specifications, assess feasibility and timelines, and resolve project blockers.
• Support QA processes and coordinate deployment schedules.
• Identify workflow improvements and develop opportunities for AI and Agentic AI integrations with internal AI taskforces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project coordination, software development, or a related technical role.
• Light coding experience with HTML/JSON, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, technical integrations, and Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Airtable, Asana, Trello, or GitHub.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience with Adobe or mParticle analytics tools, REST APIs, OAuth, API keys, and integration workflows.
• Knowledge of Git, Airtable automations and APIs, CMS platforms, and Drupal.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, databases, and data modeling.
• CSM or similar Agile certification, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
