Education Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the full learning cycle for technical and customer-facing teams, from needs analysis through rollout.
• Design structured learning tracks combining live workshops, self-paced courses, assignments, and assessments.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business topics into practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Create courses, playbooks, guides, simulations, and other reusable educational assets for global distributed teams.
• Use AI tools for research, content creation, personalization, and assessment development while validating output quality.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and track learning metrics to improve business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or enablement, ideally in SaaS, IT, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience designing multi-channel learning programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation, research, and analytics, including critical evaluation of AI output.
• Excellent presentation, executive communication, facilitation, and copy-editing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with SMEs, product leaders, and executive stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
• Advanced to fluent English at C1+ or native level is required. Experience with modern LMS platforms, design tools, and workplace technologies.
