Learning & Development Lead (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate the L&D vision and roadmap into executable programs, priorities, and timelines across the organization and its managed-service companies.
• Design and develop digital learning content, job aids, knowledge-base resources, and training for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate instructional design, personalize learning, and streamline enrollments, reporting, reminders, and knowledge-base maintenance.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, one-to-one, and self-paced training, including manager sessions, employee learning, and platform rollouts.
• Own LMS administration, implementation support, learning paths, content publishing, compliance training, records, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, stakeholder discovery, entity-level rollout planning, and continuous improvement through learner feedback and business-impact metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Experience owning an L&D function or major programs end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience developing technical and non-technical training and administering an LMS, including implementation and reporting.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, project-management, stakeholder-management, and AI-tool skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI or automation to learning, content, or operations.
• Experience selecting and implementing an LMS, with familiarity with SCORM and Articulate 360, Rise, or Storyline.
• Experience with compliance or regulatory training programs.
• Familiarity with MSP or IT service delivery models, help-desk operations, PSA/RMM platforms, or multi-company environments.
