Senior Learning Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within Canada; working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone.

Base salary: C$105,000–C$134,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define learning objectives and course outlines based on client needs.
• Design content, activities, slides, assessments, and instructor guides for live online data and AI training programs.
• Manage content development from inception to completion, including timelines, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate client strategic direction into curriculum requirements and recommend suitable delivery methods.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, instructors, account managers, Operations, and learners across design, implementation, and feedback cycles.
• Advise stakeholders on online learning design best practices and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a Learning Designer or Instructional Designer role.
• Experience designing corporate training for AI and AI-adjacent technical topics.
• Expertise in synchronous and asynchronous online learning.
• Experience executing projects aligned with company and client goals, prioritizing high-impact work.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
