Senior Manager, Industrial Parts & Aftersales (Power Generation)

What you will do

• Lead Aftermarket Parts Specialists providing telephone and email support for industrial dealer parts questions and orders.
• Manage performance against customer service metrics using Genesys, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Develop and implement aftersales tools, programs, and services that increase revenue, customer loyalty, and dealer wallet share.
• Direct Parts Coordinators on special projects and cross-functional initiatives involving mobile and data center operations.
• Manage aftermarket supplier relationships with Global Sourcing, including product obsolescence and lifecycle challenges.
• Oversee industrial dealer parts and aftersales support activities, service provider agreements, compliance, and dealer performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of parts or equipment support experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a service environment.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, customer portals, reporting queries, and analytical work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, attention to detail, and issue-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with reciprocating engines or power generation equipment.
• Experience in a matrix organization or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
