Sr Sourcing Staff Manager - Sourcing Management (Nuclear)

Location: Twinsburg, Ohio, United States; onsite role. Up to 30% domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and agreements covering pricing, supply, terms, conditions, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
• Lead supplier qualification, surveillance, scoring, development, and supplier quality engineering processes.
• Manage single- and sole-source mitigation, end-of-life and obsolescence initiatives, and strategic vendor development.
• Track inflation, deflation, tariffs, sourcing KPIs, department goals, budgets, and planning activities.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, engineering, and technology teams on SAP optimization, master data, forecasts, and new product development.
• Lead sourcing specialists, buyers, and supplier quality engineers while maintaining ethical and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; APICS certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of sourcing and supply chain management experience in industrial businesses or equivalent environments.
• Experience with manufacturing and distribution systems, including ERP/MRP systems and SAP-related workflows.
• Strong supplier development, negotiation, analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience negotiating supply chain terms and conditions and leading sourcing experts, buyers, and supplier quality engineers.
• Experience working successfully in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, medical, or food industries.
