Spare Parts Coordinator (HVAC)

What you will do

• Process LCAC warranty and out-of-warranty spare parts orders, including B2B and special sales channel requests.
• Review part numbers, quantities, pricing, availability, and customer-specific order requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, ETAs, availability, backorders, delays, substitutions, and order status.
• Coordinate with warehouses, factories, and internal teams to support fulfillment and resolve urgent parts requests.
• Maintain spare parts, order, backorder, inventory, and product master data in internal systems and tracking files.
• Prepare reports and support additional spare parts projects and operational tasks assigned by the Parts Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, spare parts, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, customer requests, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, warehouses, factories, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, SAP, or order management systems.
• HVAC, appliance, or spare parts experience.
