Senior Manager, Recruiting (Technical Recruiting)

Location: Remote UK, Remote Spain, or Remote Poland

Salary: UK base pay £120,000–168,000 per year; Poland base pay PLN 308,000–408,000 per year; Spain base pay EUR 86,000–122,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team of technical recruiters.
• Own the EMEA recruiting strategy and align regional hiring plans with business priorities.
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders to build scalable hiring strategies across teams and geographies.
• Use recruiting analytics and market insights to improve funnel performance, forecast hiring risks, and guide decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and provide proactive talent advice.
• Simplify, automate, and improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting and hiring engineering talent at scale.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market; experience hiring in the UK, Poland, and Spain is preferred.
• Experience developing hiring strategies in new or emerging markets where recruiting infrastructure is still being established.
• Strong executive presence, analytical skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders through recruiting data and market insights.
• Experience leading recruiting teams through organizational growth and change while maintaining performance.
