Senior Manager, Recruiting (Technical Recruiting)

Location: Remote UK

Base pay: £120,000–£168,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team of recruiters.
• Own the EMEA recruiting strategy and align regional hiring plans with business priorities.
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders to develop scalable hiring strategies across teams and geographies.
• Advise Director- and VP-level stakeholders using recruiting data, market insights, and strategic guidance.
• Use recruiting analytics to improve funnel performance, forecast hiring risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand, Talent Operations, Compensation, and People teams to improve the hiring experience and automate recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting and hiring engineering talent at scale.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, with experience hiring in the UK, Poland, and Spain preferred.
• Experience building hiring strategies in new or emerging markets with developing recruiting infrastructure and talent networks.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting data and market insights to shape hiring strategies.
