Senior Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote-first with office spaces in San Jose, California, and Draper, Utah. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Estimated annual salary: $102,800–$128,500 USD in Zone 1; $92,500–$115,700 USD in Zone 2; $87,400–$109,300 USD in Zone 3, depending on geographic zone, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, including intake, sourcing, assessment, debriefs, and closing.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns for passive talent through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels.
• Design and maintain AI-assisted and automated workflows for sourcing research, outreach drafts, scheduling, and pipeline updates.
• Advise hiring managers on profiles, hiring standards, market insights, and selection decisions.
• Lead structured, competency-based candidate evaluations and maintain documented hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruiting funnels, improve speed and quality of hire, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and manage offer strategy and negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical domains such as Engineering or Data Science, with a track record of closing high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and explain the company mission clearly.
• Expertise using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels to identify and engage passive talent.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily recruiting work for sourcing, research, outreach, or reporting, plus experience building or improving at least one automated workflow that saved measurable time.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions through market insight and clear candidate rationale.
• Proficiency managing an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
