Talent Acquisition Consultant (Technology) - 12 Month FTC

What you will do

• Deliver technology recruitment targets within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines and managed talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
• Improve candidate sourcing through innovative search strategies and recruitment tools.
• Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Manage stakeholders as a trusted recruitment advisor and report accurately on processes and issues.
• Organize work effectively, meet deadlines, and complete recruitment administration to a high standard.

Requirements

• Strong track record in high-volume, complex hiring and ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• In-house recruitment experience focused on technical hiring for software developers and architects, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and service management.
• Experience creating and implementing a seamless recruitment service.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and perform in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Experience working with recruitment KPIs and metrics, with strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
