What you will do

• Contribute to the recruitment target within agreed time frame and quality standards.
• Actively seek innovative ways to reach candidates, such as improving search strategies and tools.
• Conduct candidate research via relevant tools and channels and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Ensure sufficient planning and organization of own work, while reporting precisely on any issues and processes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, acting as a trusted advisor within the business.

Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment, in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
• Adept at sourcing both active and passive candidates.
• Comfortable with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Able to meet KPI targets and metrics.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
