Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone; travel up to 15% required. Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers, leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and talent needs.
• Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering, technical, program management, operations, and specialized professional positions.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, Boolean search, market research, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain technical talent pipelines, including for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research covering technical skill availability, competitive markets, compensation trends, and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage candidate screening, assessment strategy, interview coordination, candidate communication, Workday documentation, compensation analysis, offer development, recruiting events, and talent acquisition improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in complex corporate environments, with strong experience recruiting engineering and operations talent.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and close passive candidates using Boolean search, strategic sourcing, market research, talent mapping, networking, and targeted recruiting strategies.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong ownership, accountability, discretion, and professionalism.
• U.S. citizenship, Permanent Resident status, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
