Treasury Management Officer III (Fintech)

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities across a book of business.
• Acquire, expand, retain, and deepen client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document non-credit treasury products and services.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and other business risks.
• Provide treasury product insights, industry benchmarking, and solutions positioning based on client needs.
• Build senior internal, external, community, and industry relationships while mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with book-of-business management, client relationship building, financial analysis, customer engagement, and sales opportunity identification.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, and sales negotiation skills.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
