Personal Banker II

Location: Brenham, Texas, United States. This is an onsite banking role with availability required Monday–Friday from 7:45am–6:15pm and rotating Saturdays from 8:45am–1:15pm.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned customer portfolio, focusing on acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Educate customers about deposit, loan, and other banking products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide transactional services, including deposits, payments, and check cashing.
• Make outbound customer calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
• Meet assigned sales goals while maintaining prompt, accurate, courteous service.
• Manage risk, practice loss prevention, and stay current with product, technology, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Availability for the stated weekday schedule and rotating Saturdays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.
