Senior Sales Officer (Treasury Management)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid sales role with in-office reporting at 1140 Avenue of the Americas unless otherwise indicated.

Salary: $111,408–$189,738 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and directly sell treasury management products and services to new clients.
• Expand existing treasury management and banking relationships through consultative sales and cross-selling.
• Analyze client and prospect needs, quantify product benefits, and present recommended cash management solutions.
• Create sales plans and coordinate business development activities with relationship managers and banking teams.
• Prepare and present client proposals, complete service agreements, and ensure proper implementation.
• Provide treasury management expertise, product training, market insights, and support for client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of cash management sales experience in a financial services environment.
• At least 4 years of experience managing or supporting medium-to-large account relationships.
• Knowledge of treasury management sales techniques, payment processing, accounting principles, and financial concepts.
• Understanding of accounts payable, general ledger, and related systems and interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, prioritization, and goal-setting skills.
