Location: Little Rock, Arkansas; Dallas, Texas; or Houston, Texas, United States. Flexibility to travel as needed.

What you will do
- Support Treasury Management Sales Officers throughout the treasury sales cycle.
- Develop new treasury management business and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Prepare treasury responses to RFPs, reviews, presentations, and client documentation.
- Follow up on newly implemented treasury services and client calls to ensure customer needs are met.
- Understand client businesses, market pricing, sales tools, and treasury service trends.
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate operational, regulatory, credit, and reputational risks.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- At least one year of related treasury, finance, or banking experience required.
- Sales or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare RFP responses, analyze financial and organizational information, and develop sales strategies.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus a good understanding of Treasury Management processes and procedures.
