Treasury Management Sales Representative (Commercial Banking)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; primarily onsite with frequent driving required

What you will do

• Sell basic and standard treasury management services to business and government entities.
• Conduct in-person and telephone sales activities with new prospects and existing clients.
• Manage standard treasury management client relationships and support client retention and cross-selling goals.
• Record sales activities in Baker Hill and prepare monthly sales performance reports.
• Determine product pricing and interest rate margins with approval from the Treasury Management Sales Manager.
• Provide product training and support more complex client relationships with treasury management specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, such as a BA or BS.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience in treasury management or general banking, with knowledge of commercial banking and treasury management.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
