What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for moderate- to complex-risk Global Capital Markets accounts.
• Monitor account systems, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, controls, and operational activity.
• Review legal documents and agreements, coordinate with counsel, and support regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Work with attorneys, financial advisors, service partners, and GCM Sales to structure and close transactions and support new business opportunities.
• Represent GCM in client meetings, presentations, transaction closings, and departmental or corporate initiatives.
• Direct, supervise, and mentor less experienced Relationship Managers and Client Administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client service experience with Global Capital Markets products or markets; alternatively, 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years in the relevant client service field.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• High proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and related figures.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strategic thinking skills and adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or work leadership experience.
• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
