Sr. Consultant, Value, Access, and Pricing (US Healthcare)

Salary: $118,000–$177,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary and secondary data across US payer and stakeholder types.
• Develop evidence, value, market access, and pricing insights and recommendations for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage project workstreams and coordinate the work of junior staff in partnership with project managers and senior leadership.
• Create and present research materials, interim deliverables, and final client reports.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to proposals and business development activities, and support internal EVAP initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior consultants through project work and formal or informal development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; health sciences, economics, or HEOR background preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience as a top performer at a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm serving clients on US-related business questions.
• Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, payer and provider types, pricing dynamics, and access nuances.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills required.
• Experience using PubMed, Medline, Google Scholar, and research platforms to source reimbursement data; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Understanding of systematic review methods, clinical research design, and standards and regulations for clinical trials.
