Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant - AOR (Pharma): Developing market access strategies, payer and provider communications, value propositions, messaging platforms, and evidence-based client deliverables for pharmaceutical and biotech companies with an accent on primary and secondary research, clinical evidence, and health economics. Focus on synthesizing scientific and HEOR literature, translating complex evidence into persuasive narratives, and coordinating multi-stakeholder delivery across strategy, art, production, and design.

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Princeton, New Jersey, with work from home and on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop market access solutions using strategic problem-solving, research techniques, and market access frameworks.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on payer, provider, and market dynamics.
  • Translate clinical, economic, and health outcomes evidence into value propositions, messaging platforms, objection handlers, payer and provider narratives, and AMCP-style dossiers.
  • Read and synthesize clinical trial publications, real-world evidence, economic models, and HEOR literature.
  • Present findings to clients and internal teams while developing client relationships.
  • Support project planning, timelines, content reviews, stakeholder coordination, and delivery across art, production, and design functions.

Requirements

  • PhD or master's degree with a bachelor's degree in a quantitatively oriented field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences; alternatively, 2–5 years of relevant post-study experience.
  • Experience reading and interpreting scientific, clinical, and health economics literature.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate across internal functions.
  • Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • High attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, empathy, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach.
