Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina, United States
Salary: $98,092–$156,947 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Manage consulting relationships with large and national employer clients, insurance consultants, provider systems, and ACOs.
- Develop tailored business plans and recommendations to improve member health, provider quality, care affordability, retention, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct periodic and annual client or provider meetings to review data, assess programs, and advise on healthcare topics.
- Collect and analyze reporting and market intelligence, including financial, quality, and utilization data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Network, Quality, and other internal stakeholders to operationalize requested healthcare programs, services, and policies.
- Negotiate client and provider engagements, support finalist meetings, develop partnerships, and represent the department in enterprise workgroups and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Seven or more years of related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Experience advising employer groups, providers, insurance brokers or consultants, or complex healthcare organizations.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence cross-functional partners, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Data analytics and reporting experience, including advanced Excel, pivot tables, and data interpretation.
- Proven client-facing experience managing relationships, presentations, and strategic discussions.
