What you will do

• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Prepare and inspect precisely designed printed circuit board products.
• Read blueprints, customer standards, engineering notes, and shop control documents to determine required actions.
• Meet production output targets while responding to schedule changes, hot orders, and customer requirements.
• Follow all safety, quality, dispatch, and process requirements.
• Work collaboratively in a customer-focused manufacturing environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with circuit board terminology.
• Experience using CNC machinery and measurement or inspection tools, including magnification equipment, scopes, eye loops, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to follow technical instructions, blueprints, and customer documentation.
• Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
• Access to ITAR-controlled products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
