Machine Shop Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Salisbury, MD, USA; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain milling, drilling, routing, dicing, soldering, laser printing and welding, leak chamber, and leak detection equipment.
• Use Circuit CAM and Boardmaster software in manufacturing activities.
• Measure parts with precision instruments and perform quality checks.
• Maintain production records, monitor machine performance, and report malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
• Experience with Circuit CAM, Boardmaster, precision measurement tools, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and metal fabrication techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible shifts.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to meet ITAR requirements.
