Operations Associate II - Back Half Night Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Set up production machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering engineering specifications.
• Prepare raw materials and perform verifications to complete production batches.
• Monitor manufacturing process stages and assess product quality for nonconformities.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Resolve operational problems with internal resources and provide input on process procedures.
• Complete productivity reports and follow department, regulatory, environmental health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications and the ability to read specifications and work instructions.
• Good communication, teamwork, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on your feet and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Schedule: 5:30 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
