What you will do

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and coordinate material deliveries and shipments between locations.
• Manage daily warehousing operations, including staging, cycle counts, storage, inventory accuracy, and material presentation.
• Develop and implement standard processes and strategies to improve production efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, train, coach, mentor, and develop materials staff against improvement priorities and KPIs.
• Partner with Quality, Purchasing, Production, and planning teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Act as the SAP SuperUser for the assigned functional area and improve warehouse management practices, including barcoding, RFID, transactions, and fill rate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in materials leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Ability to manage staffing levels, resource capacity, workload, inventory guidelines, and operational KPIs.
• Strong relationship-building, accountability, communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
