Logistics Supervisor

What you will do

• Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure timely shipment of products to customers.
• Supervise, hire, train, evaluate, and manage logistics staff.
• Approve and track time-off requests and timesheets to support resource planning.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing packages are processed according to company standards.
• Coordinate material transfers between Integrated DNA Technologies locations.
• Maintain inventory control through regular inventory counts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Adaptability when switching between changing responsibilities while maintaining efficiency and composure.
• High standards of courtesy and cooperation when working with colleagues.
• Ability to work on-site in Morrisville, North Carolina.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP.
