Consultant, Competitive Intelligence (AI)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work format

Salary: $86,580–$105,820 annually, plus variable pay

What you will do

• Scope, plan, and execute competitive intelligence projects with the Strategy and Innovation team and the Senior Director.
• Conduct secondary research and select primary research across relevant healthcare markets and segments.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recurring and ad hoc competitive reports.
• Organize information thematically and synthesize findings into clear communication documents and visualizations.
• Facilitate project meetings and present updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of the healthcare industry and health plan business.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, written, and oral communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.
• Strong secondary research and data visualization skills, including Tableau.
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• BS/BA degree and at least five years of relevant business experience in consulting, research and analysis, or a related field.
